In order to continue full compliance with the Charities Regulator, Bere Island Projects Group CLG will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday 8th May at 7.00pm in the Community Centre to amend the constitution (Memorandum and Articles of Association) of Bere Island Projects Group.
The meeting is being called by the Directors to consider and if thought fit pass the following Special Resolution:
Pending the approval of the Charities Regulator, that in accordance with the Companies Act 2014 the amended and restated constitution set forth in the printed document attached hereto* be approved and adopted as the new constitution of The Bere Island Projects Group Company Limited by Guarantee, in substitution for and to the
exclusion of, the existing constitution of The Bere Island Projects Group Company Limited by Guarantee.
*A printed copy of the proposed new constitution is available from the office on 75099 and via email on request from island residents.
