Free BER Report for your Home
The Bere Island Sustainable Energy Committee (SEC) is offering free BER Reports to the first 10 residents who request this. A BER report is an energy improvement report for your home, highlighting where you can make improvements to save energy and energy costs.
In exchange, the SEC will use the information to increase our BER knowledge of housing stock on the island. A BER report usually costs at least €150. The BER inspections will be done during February and you will receive your report late February.
